Items without a scheduled pickup are not guaranteed and may be removed from your claims.
Payment: Cash and Venmo payments are accepted.
Return Policy: Items can be returned within 3 days if damaged or not as described.
Scheduling/No‑Show Policy: Items not scheduled for pickup in a timely manner may be removed from your claims. Repeated no‑shows or failure to schedule may result in account deactivation.
